Too many social networks!

Ok. Impossible not to shout out that there is tooo many social networks nowdays... and the thing is they are addictive! I find myself spending a huge amount of time on these social networks, instat messaging, sometimes distracting me for tooo long from work! ... I ask you; where to you find the time to be so proactive in these discussions, forums, online discussions...?? There is so much interesting and useful posts, links, etc etc etc that ..... its just like an addiction ...Am I wrong? Too mention just a few: Twitter, Digg, Facebook(ish), Linked in, Last.fm etc etc etc ... not to mention google, Daily news, Events, Blogs, forums, all new tech and apps etc etc etc

How do you manage it all??
